Louisiana is preparing for the school year by requiring America’s National Motto be prominently displayed in every school, thanks to a recently passed law.

Not only will it be displayed in schools, but children will learn of the bravery of our men and women who made this phrase famous.

Louisiana is one of over a dozen states that have laws about displaying “In God We Trust,” and several others are considering advancing legislation to promote this historic phrase in 2020.

These words are more than just a motto, they begin to unfold the story of why America is one of the greatest nations in the world; faith and freedom. Thanks to Louisiana and the other states who have passed similar measures, these key values will begin to inspire the rising generations.
