Trump Administration Appeal Probable In Religious Liberty Case
“The Affordable Care Act (aka, ObamaCare) forced free coverage of contraception and abortion-causing drugs, but the Trump administration changed that to allow exemptions for individuals who have a religious or moral objection.
According to Randall Wenger, chief counsel for Pennsylvania Family Institute, a lawsuit was filed by Pennsylvania’s attorney general on behalf of the state, and U.S. Federal Judge Wendy Beetlestone, an Obama appointee to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, has overturned the Trump rule, thereby reinstating terms of ObamaCare.”
