The senate passed the bill with limited religious liberty protections. The House Rules Committee will meet and vote tonight. The bill will go to a full House vote tomorrow.
Some House races remain uncalled. Also, the Georgia senate race is extremely important. The runoff is scheduled for December 6th.

ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance investing) is a dangerous and strategic scoring system emerging through asset management firms, like BlackRock, to smuggle ideology into the finance world in order to advance an anti-religious liberty agenda. There have been a series of actions taken by state financial officers such as Treasurers, Comptrollers, and Auditors General which question BlackRock and other asset managers and the punishment they are wielding upon those who deviate from their standards. The backlash is also coming from representatives, senators, governors and various potential presidential candidates who are concerned with this trend; however the Biden administration just issued a final rule ensuring that savers can opt into investment vehicles that have ESG-related components.

Ongoing: Biden Calls On Congress To Advance The ‘Equal Rights Amendment’
Recently, Biden announced a Resolution on the ERA and called on Congress to take action. On March 17, 2021, the House passed H. J. Res. 17 to remove the deadline for the ratification of the ERA. A companion resolution (S. J. Res. 1) awaits further action in the Senate Judiciary Committee. There’s many concerns about the future of conscience and religious freedom, should this Constitutional Amendment advance federally or at the state level.
